However, we understand that the care we prescribe is only as good as your ability to comply with it. So this leads us to another service we provide: EDUCATION. Whether we are keeping them healthy, or determining the best course of treatment for them when they are sick, Smith & Shedd Family Pet Hospital is dedicated to teaching your family everything you need to know about the best quality of life for your four-legged family members.
Once your pet is home, you will have a wealth of knowledge, but our support does not end there. We are available by phone for any questions or concerns you may have. We provide an after-hours phone number for additional support when our office is closed so your concerns are handled by a qualified veterinary assistant. And we will follow up with you a few days after your pet’s sick visit to be sure treatment is going as planned.
